I love a good spicy nacho dip. The kind you get at the movies, or at a fair, or even at a summer outdoor event. The cans you get at the grocery store are so salty and processed, and quite frankly, it just doesn’t taste right. After searching for the perfect spicy nacho cheese, I came across this one, which is now a fan favorite.
This recipe is perfect for kiddos. It’s spicy, but not so much that they’re running for the water. It’s got the perfect amount of zing to really hit your craving. I love this dip because it’s super simple to make. It also stores really well, meaning it can go in the fridge and be heated up later to a creamy texture without too much issue.
