I don’t know about you guys, but there’s just something about chicken noodle soup that makes me feel all nostalgic. Maybe it’s because my mother used to make me this soup when I wasn’t feeling well. It always helped me recover from what was ailing me.
This recipe for chicken noodle soup is seriously simple. It only consists of broth and noodles. I added a few carrots to my last batch because I love those awesome little, orange veggies. Feel free to add in what you like or leave the soup as is.
