What a great idea – get the kids to jump in and help out! This is a super simple dish to make that is completely customizable. Carbs just can’t get any tastier than this!
Ingredients:

4 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and diced

10-12 slices Oscar Mayer bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature

2 cups Kraft cheddar cheese, divided

2/3 cup Daisy sour cream

1/2 cup milk or Land O Lakes half-and-half

1/2 cup Kraft parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) Land O Lakes unsalted butter, room temperature
