Bacon never made anything better… said no-one EVER! There’s no better way to dress up a dish, than to cover it with some tasty slabs of crisp bacon. Why not add some notes of creamy cheese, just to dazzle the dish? Marrying meat and cheese goes back to the stone ages, but it’s a combo that never fails.
This bacon wrapped chicken recipe has been our family favorite for ages, so I wanted to share it with all of you and spread the love. There’s never too much love in this world, right? One of my picky eaters said this was the best chicken he’s ever had, so it really must be delicious! The only downside about this recipe is that there’s no way we’re ever going to have any leftovers… Which is sad, because I would gladly have this for lunch the next day!
